Time to blog

I know, I know. It has been quite a time since i wrote you guys the last time and I’m sorry. Here I am now, sitting on the Veranda of the Yogyakarta building in my family’s restaurant. The rain falls on the trees and in the fish ponds in front of me. The birds are singing in their hideouts. The sky is grey, a rainy day. The town of rain lives up to its expectations, Bogor at its best. And finally I found time to write. or should I say I found the will to write? Well, life became very normal around me. So ordinary that I find it hard to tell about it. Don’t get me wrong people, I really like living here. It has gotten ordinary in a positive way. The work is great. Always a change to help people. Lately we got a new volunteer from Australia. So we are three foreigns in the YCM or “Bule” (Indonesian for white foreigners). With the family i often go to Puncak, the house is such a beautiful place. Many little things happen, but mostly I forgot about them by the time I got home. So sometimes when I’m thinking what to tell nothing comes. Maybe I might change my style of blogging a bit into a shorter form. We’ll see. Warm greetings from Indonesia!
