Italian Food and Rockstars

Many of you know I love pasta. In all it shapes and colors, with nearly all of the possible sauces. Well, while I was in Singapore I had the luck to find a real italian restaurant. I allowed myself a portion of simple but classical Linguine al Pomodoro. The taste extraordinary delicous and I felt I could have been in Italia when I closed my eyes. But that was only the beginning. Tiramisu followed, in a huge portion, but more important, very tasty. The mascapone was soft and it smelt like amaretto and coffee. The lady fingers were just perfect, not to wet, not to dry. The kind of relaxation I need once in a while; good food. The funny thing must have been, that the waiter asked me as I was leaving if I was a rockstar. He had that glimming in his eyes, like someone who just found out a precious secret. I had to smile, I slightly shook my head and told him I wasn’t. I’m not sure if it was disappointment or suspicion I saw in his eyes as I walked away.
