We wanted to see Singapore from above. Only that you’re not allowed to get on top of most of the towers. But finally we ended up at the city’s highest hotel. In the 4 top levels there is a restaurant and a bar. We made up till the 71st floor, the 72nd is for special guests only. From up there we had quite a view and I totally understand now the song from Seeed “Top of the City”. Listen to that song (e.g. via youtube) while enjoying this pictures.

Wir wollten Singapur von oben sehen. Leider kommt man auf fast keinen der Türme hinauf, da sie meistens privat sind. Letztendlich landeten wir im höchsten Hotel der Stadt. Die vier höchsten Stockwerke bestanden aus einem Restaurant und einer Bar. Wir schafften es bis hoch in den 71. Stock, der 72. Stock is nur für besondere Gäste. Von dort aus hatten wir eine atemberaubende Ausssicht und jetzt kann ich das Lied “Top of the City” von Seeed vollstens nachvollziehen. Queriamos ver Singapur desde arriba. Pero lamentablemente casi todos los rascacielos son privados y no podimos subirles. Al final nos encontrabamos en el hotel mas alto de la ciudad. Los ultimos 4 pisos eran un restaurante y un bar. Llegabamos hasta el 71 piso, el 72 piso es solamente por huespedes especiales. Tuvimos una vista lindisima y ahora si entiendo la cancion “Top of the City” de Seeed. Escuchenla (via youtube) mientras que miran las imagenes.
