If you want to see wild Orang Utan in Sumatra, Bukit Lawang is your place to go to. That’s why ended up there. When we got there, we walked all the way up the river until the village ended and the National Park Gunung Leuser began. And there at the border of civilisation we found a pearl of coziness. The Jungle Inn charmed us immediately with it’s unique design, friendly stuff and remarkably good food. We even had the chance to see an Orang Utan over the river and had some apes running around the area. It was the perfect starting points for our trip into the National Park. Als wir dort ankamen, liefen wir den Fluß entlang bis an das Ende des Dorfes, dort wo der Gunung Leuser Nationalpark beginnt. An der Grenze der zivilisierten Welt fanden wir eine Perle der Gemütlichkeit. Das Jungle Inn verzauberte uns mit seinem einzigartigen Äußerem, freundlichen Mitarbeitern und bemerkenswert gutem Essen. Wir hatten sogar das Glück einen Orang Utan auf der anderen Seite des Flußes zu sehen und ein paar sehr lustige Affen, die überall umherstreiften. Es war der denkbar beste Ausgangspunkt für unser Abenteuer im Nationalpark. Aber Bilder sagen mehr als tausend Worte, darum schaut sie euch an.

Cuando llegabamos, caminabamos por el río hasta el final de la aldea, donde es la frontera del Parque Nacional Gunung Leuser.  En la frontera de la civilización encontrabamos una perla de la placidez. El Jungle Inn nos encantó con su diseño único, sus trabajadores amigables y la comida muy rica. Tuvimos la suerte de ver un Orang Utan en el otro lado del río y hubó muchos monos por todo el lugar. Era el punto de partida perfecto por nuestros adventuras en el parque nacional. Pero imagenes cuentan más que mil palabras asi que lo disfrutan.
